In Poland, where coal still accounts for almost 90% of energy resources, it is essential to develop cleaner production units in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions - and so meet the government objective of producing 15% green energy by 2020 and 21% by 2030. Green technologies presented in Polish power generation are based on biomass. Poland has considerable potential for biomass produced using forest, agricultural, and municipal waste. Currently, biomass is used in several hundred power stations.

Poland 2-3 t/h new design waste tire fiber pellet manufacturing plant project. The raw material used by the customer is very special. Different from the previous biomass raw material, the raw material used by the customer this time is waste tire cord, a fiber material. Because there is no precedent for this kind of raw material granulation in the world, the R&D team of Richi Machinery has designed dozens of feasible solutions for this kind of raw material.
