To be competitive, the poultry animal industry in Tanzania, as in other developing countries, needs to adopt modern technologies, such as the use of microbial enzymes, and the pelleting of diets to improve bird performance. In 2019, Tanzanian customers are preparing to invest in a medium-scale feed factory for the production of animal mash food and feed pellets. The main output is 4-5 t/h animal mash feed and 3-4t/h feed pellet production line. This customer is one of the large feed factories in Tanzania, and its investment cost is relatively high. It mainly produces 2-12mm poultry feed and other animal feeds. Because of the large scale of the feed factory, the installation cycle took about 40 days. During the installation process, because the local installation team was not very professional, and it was difficult to purchase some raw materials and auxiliary equipment, the installation cycle was extended to 50 days.
